No need for the stove on this one! Just some tomatoes, garlic, basil and sea salt.
This is great served over spaghetti squash or even zucchini noodles.
Served along side some garlic breadsticks and you have yourself a savory, hearty meal.
3 cups sundried tomatoes
4-5 roma tomatoes
large bunch of basil
5 cloves of garlic
Himalayan sea salt, to taste
- Put everything except the sun dried tomatoes into a food processor and blend and mixed. Add in the sundried tomatoes 1 cup at a time and sauce thickens.
